Data Deletion

From your Dolphin AI dashboard Settings, you can immediately:

• Disconnect your Instagram account
• Remove Notion, Google Calendar, or Google Sheets connections
• Delete your saved Gemini API key

Each of these removes the corresponding credential from our database right away — no waiting period.

Email privacy@dolphinai.app from the address on your Dolphin AI account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll delete your account, connected-account information, reel history, transcripts, and generated tasks within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.

Removing Dolphin AI's access from your Instagram or Facebook app settings stops us from receiving new reels from that account, but it does not by itself delete data we've already stored. Use the email request above for that.
